The 2025 Global Technology Transfer Conference, an important component of the Pujiang Innovation Forum, was held from September 20th to 22nd at the Zhangjiang Science Hall. The Artificial Intelligence Committee of the Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce was established on July 27, 2025. It is an important measure taken by the Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce to thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speeches at the symposium on private enterprises and during his inspection of Shanghai, promote the healthy development of private enterprises in the field of artificial intelligence, promote the healthy growth of private entrepreneurs, and promote the deep integration of artificial intelligence technology and industrial transformation.
The Artificial Intelligence Special Committee consists of about 40 private enterprises, including leading companies, listed companies, high-growth hard technology companies, and related companies in the Shanghai artificial intelligence field.
In the future, the Artificial Intelligence Special Committee will focus on the development needs of private AI enterprises in Shanghai, fully leverage its role in connecting intelligence, emotions, and hearts, and carry out work around strengthening political guidance, promoting technological development, driving industrial integration, conducting popular science publicity, improving social governance, and strengthening industry self-regulation. It will continuously promote the high-quality development of new productive forces with AI at their core, contribute to Shanghai's construction of a globally influential science and technology innovation center, and actively contribute to the vigorous development of China's AI industry.
